I is for Ibex

Ibex are wild goats with long, slightly curving horns. There are 4 accepted types of ibexes. They can be found high in the mountains of central Europe, the middle east, and the mountains in Ethiopia. The ibex gets around the mountain by jumping from ledge to ledge. Their diet includes grass, moss, flowers, and the leaves and twigs of trees and small shrubs. Ibex live in herds. The Alpine Ibex was almost extinct and now lives on reservations.
